Pros

Company provides brand new equipment to each employee including cell phone, laptop, headset, etc. Great company perks and discounts. Ability to work from office and at home. Fast and efficient access to 24/7 tech support when you're having tech issues. 24/7 access to application software tech support.

Cons

Training is very unstructured. Will appoint employees with little experience as trainers for new employees. Health benefits are very bad.

Great work life balance, CBRE provides a generous amount of time off and the ability to work from home.

Cons

There is not much transparency between the different lines of business. It is challenging to know what is going on in Project Development wen you are in Transaction Management.
