up to 12 weeks maternity leave paid at 100% salary; almost fully remote position; competitive pay; management seems approachable; management seems like they want you to do well in your position and seems willing to accomodate

Cons

this position should be more involved with the projects; I really don't have much negative to say about the company, except if you don't like the corporate work environment this is not for you
