Nothing noticeable about the culture

If your an American you are treated like a lesser person. As an American working at caf USA I was treated like I did not matter I was in IT and never talk once to any of my counter parts in Spain even when asking about standards they wanted us to use. Finally when I found huge problems and repaired them I was told that it did not matter I was promised raises and then had them taken away even my office space was converted into meeting room. I was written up because of thing that happens that we’re none of my doing because management could not figure out who was messing up in the factory. Finally I was constantly threatened by other managers when I did not take phone calls when I was on vacation or busy with my family then when I told them what was going on I was told that they did not care and if I wanted to continue to work there I needed to change my family life so I got employment somewhere else.
