      - Great benefits (lunch + pay + allowance + etc) - Learning and growth, fast pace and working with competent people, and lots of great tech tools

      Cons

      - Zero to little WLB - Mandarin everywhere including documents, images, meetings, etc - Lack of social connection and empathy - Top down management, gives you anxiety not knowing what would happen next - Lots of workload - Little guidance, but very high expectation - Too much approval and processes - Toxic workplace, everyday feels like a survival game
