      Fast Paced, Challenging Work, WLB could be better

      Pros

      It is a pretty fast-paced environment, while that can also sporadically be a con as it is a pro. The work here is challenging and inspires you to learn more. Overall decent engineering culture.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be and should be improved. And in terms of diversity, there really isn't any.

      Chinese speaking culture and long hours

      Pros

      Flat hierarchy, decent compensation and great benefits (insurance coverage, 18 days of leave to start out and a goodie bag for every festive occasion).

      Cons

      A large number of their staff is based in China and most of them are more comfortable speaking in Mandarin, even documentations are Chinese. Expect communication issues if you are in a global team but are not a Mandarin speaker. Working hours can be long. From what I hear, salary adjustments are minimal, so what you get now might be what you get for the next few years.
