      Great Place to Work but not without the constant change

      Pros

      AI company is great. Location wise very accessible, I got to travel to alot of countries, and people are great. My bosses are fantastics, very international feel.

      Cons

      The only part which irked me is that the politics and the constant need to reorg. Not ideal, and not precise, always changing and making people unease. Left not due to these issues, it's a great company, great opportunity, but just different aspiration, altogether. Go and try it.

      Pros

      The benefit is really good: free lunch, good insurance plan and flexible benefits.

      Cons

      Each team will have a 3-5-2 compulsory performance review distribution. So if you are a technical staff member, please remember: the VOICE of your project matters, your POSITION in your leader's subconscious matters, while technical skills are not that important.

      Good compensation, food is nice in San Jose office

      Cons

      Tons of micromanagement, reorg half a year, chaotic management. Managers have tons of power and quick visa sponsorship.
