      Awesome culture and a great place to do things big

      Pros

      You have the room and freedom to come up with your own ideas and it's easy to get buy-ins from the company as long as you can prove benefits, then you can drive almost any projects. The culture here is also great, people are easy to work with and even though it's a startup you get occasional team bonding opportunities.

      Pros

      Great colleagues, fast paced and rapid growing company, makes for an interesting every day, management are very supportive, and their doors are always open for anything, and they take feedback and any new idea very seriously and always consider it.

      Cons

      Could do a little better on the salary side of things, but there are other exceptionally good benefits
