      It is a pretty fast-paced environment, while that can also sporadically be a con as it is a pro. The work here is challenging and inspires you to learn more. Overall decent engineering culture.

      Work-life balance can be and should be improved. And in terms of diversity, there really isn't any.

      - Company continues to pay salary + incentives despite the pandemic and APP ban. - Took good care of the employees

      Cons

      - Horrible upper management. Specially the west Sales leadership team - Inexperienced and hired on bias- leadership team - Company hired people from TV & Radio backgrounds for a digital job! - The West head and west Mid market heads are inexperienced and bias without rationale. - The leadership team needs a massive revamp and needs to be replaced and good leaders.
