      - great colleagues - good benefits & rewarding - good working spaces - great communication platform

      Cons

      - micromanage. you don't have much time to catch a breath if you're working on a difficult project. - no longer giving great benefits like before due to over hiring employees - high competition among teammates due to unnecessary KPI alignments. - lack of transparency * this is an honest review from someone who was a top performer
