Good for experience, although having a bad culture

- Accessible, it is basically right next to the Muzium Negara MRT

Cons

- They decided to cut headcount due to the US issue probably but instead of offering severance plan directly, they make the KPI and monthly performance difficult and overly competitive in order to rate you down so that you will eventually leave. - Think with a very old-fashioned mindset although they are the leading social media app/ IT company, work could be done at home and more efficiently since we are given laptops to bring home but force us to work in the office. Basically doing the same thing in office or from home. - No increment for 3 years although being a MNC - Does not seems to listen to our voices.

Working with some of the brightest minds in tech, having the ability to be innovative, HQ is beautiful, pay is decent

Cons

Everything is a priority and there is often unsaid expectations that people are held accountable to, leadership is toxic and has no idea how to manage talent, no clear direction and people don’t really know what they are doing after a year of being in any role.

Micromanagement Accenture work-environment Corporation sabotaged higher positions at Austin. All advanced positions are already in Dublin so Accenture influence is everywhere. A lot of favoritism No worklife balance Salaries are negotiable so you guess how much they offer.
