      - flexible working hour - your typical benefits, health insurance, meal allowance, salary

      Cons

      - lack creativity. most of the task just come from the leader. just do it or get cut - performance is really biased. even with your friends feedback, in the end your direct lead is the one putting the score - lack career growth. no salary increase even after performance exceed expectations
