      The company was energetic, the projects were interesting, and had an open-minded and liberal atmosphere when I joined and Yiming worked as CEO.

      Cons

      Some middle-layer management was not very mature, and the culture of the company was degrading gradually when the growth started shrinking and the staff was still crowded.
