      - Great Colleagues - Great exposure to working with vendors as part of client team

      Cons

      The company doesn't have a clear bonus structure, and raises (increments) are not guaranteed. During my performance review, management indicated that my contributions haven't met the expectations for a raise.

      Good benefits, vending machine, used to have alot of gifts for employees

      Very bad management, very bad kpi implementation, reducing everything when it comes to money, stad ranking make people burn out, not good pay anymore, no career opportunities as per promised before
