      Decent perks - though still behind other tech

      Cons

      Diversity and inclusivity are not on the agenda at all. Generally ICs and even leads in sales teams are very junior and not very high calibre. XFNs end up having to bear the brunt. Expected to take top down direction and execute - not necessarily a bad thing (given poor sales calibre) Meetings are exceptionally long (3-5 hours are not surprising).

      - Easy access to multiple departments internally (including the leaders) - Things generally move pretty fast - Plenty opportunity to learn about the industry in general

      Cons

      As things move pretty fast, sometimes would need to put more hours into the work (especially if the respective teams are based in a different time zone)
