      Wonderful talent and amazing technologies. this place teaches you to ruthlessly prioritize and think big picture constantly.

      Cons

      terrible top down leadership. vision and goals are rarely clear. burnout is too easy. this is a great place to be if you're young and aspiring to learn how to operate in a fast-paced environment, but if you're already a professional looking to establish a major milestone, it is extremely difficult. the work is likely to be cannibalized by another team because they grow too fast and the teams are siloed. there's lack of communication and documentation
