      There is a HUGE GAP between employee that can speak mandarin and not. They’ll never ever promoted you unless you are Chinese that fluent in mandarin

      Pros

      There's an incredible amount of learning resources available to everyone. On top of that, we use Lark/Feishu, which honestly feels like the most advanced productivity suite in the valley right now. It makes a huge difference knowing you're backed by a company that's all-in on AI and always working with the most cutting-edge tech.

      Cons

      Incompetent leadership who has no idea what they're building or how to do it. Uses wrong tools for the job and thinks short term. Hires almost exclusively Chinese people.
