      Pros

      EXCELLENT compensation and bonus program. Very competitive Benefits and generous PTO accrual for employees.

      Cons

      Very clickish. Liked to hire overqualified people who hit the ground running. Afterwards, boredom set in as growth was a bit limited.

      Pros

      Brocade is a good place to work compared to others I have heard about from peers in the industry. The company is progressive when it comes to change.

      Cons

      Sometimes at Brocade the internal automation systems fail to deliver on expectations even though the initial concept was well intentioned. Brocade could do a better job of recognizing shortcomings and either fix the issue, kill the system and/or come up with something better suited instead.
