      Pros

      Tremendous learning and development opportunities Respect and trust to individuals is at the core of BCG Very effective two way (up/down) feedback mechanism

      Cons

      Albeit there are strong guidelines, tools and processes (e.g. PTO) work hours are not always predictable and manageable but again nobody should sign up to this job if predictable and easy hours are their first priority The rule of the game/success is "perception management" and if you can't get it right you are on a slippery slope...

      Pros

      Good work environment, good people to work for. Salary was okay, benefits were good, the office environment was almost always pleasant. Didn't experience any bad office politics or workplace drama while I was there.

      Cons

      There is no career movement possible for admin. The only way to grow is to leave.
