      Pros

      Great training and support to strengthen your weaknesses, continuous feedback and mentoring, strong career start since you are trained since the beginning and given responsibility. Great international opportunities.

      Cons

      A lot of hours and very little predictability over your immediate future (i..e next weekend). In addition, sometimes you can get stuck in projects that are boring without further personal and professional expansion.

      Growing a lot, excellent alumnae network. Lots of former consultants going to entrepreneurship.

      Long hours, hard performance reviews. It can be tough to learn all that's expected from you.
