Pros

Great brand, you will develop professionally Fantastic people up through the PL level - though hard to find inspiring partner role models Fantastic benefits and pay - best pay outside of the financial services industry relative to experience / tenure Work can be quite industry - get a broad range of functional areas across industries and geographies in a very short time frame - a classic strategy consulting background

Cons

It has a burn out culture - must work too hard to get ahead Promotion timing and criteria not well understood or transparent - the company will go back on previous promises, be careful

Pros

The experience you get in different industries is extremely helpful. Also great brand recognition.

Cons

Management has no respect for the individual consultants - they don't need to have since there are always lines of people applying for each open job. So they can work you until

Pros

You get to work with very intelligent and talented people across different industries and if you want to, across different geographic areas. Exposure to senior management at large local and international clients with sometimes very challenging yet satisfying discussions. High tempo and a steep learning curve, especially on how to manage and prioritise tasks.

Cons

Poor work-life balance, but most likely an effect of the generaly long working hours in Spain and as a consultant you always stay longer in the office than the client. Very little continuity and possibility to see the result of your work, as you normally get shifted into a different project before the client starts implementing your solutions. Sometimes also very frustrating from a staffing perspective, as you rarely get staffed well ahead of a project starting.
