      Great environment to learn business in a short period. Good compensation Good reputation Great colleague Compared to other consultign firms, I guess BCG try to care more about work life balance

      Cons

      Everyone is super genius, so you might feel a lot of stress working with them. You have to deliver meaningful result in a quite short time to the client, so you would always work under a lot of pressure.
