Pros

Remote work / telecommute is standard now because of COVID. Some good coworkers and some departments are functional.

Cons

Poor top level leadership, including obvious sexism, favoritism and nepotism. Below average pay. No career development unless you're a family member or friend of someone in leadership. Or unless you're a shameless sycophant. Lack of true product vision or innovation. It really is a shame that Boomi has become such a toxic mess. The executive team is either directly benefitting from it (CMO pushing out other women and hiring her friends) or they take advantage of the COVID chaos to hide the company's poor performance and their incompetent leadership.

Pros

Very innovative iPaaS. Smart, collaborative people within sales, solution engineering, and the business development organizations. Compensation and benefits are competitive.

Cons

Private equity has unrealistic growth expectations based on either not seeing the "holes" in the platform after acquiring from Dell or they simply overpaid. High turnover at all levels and the new CEO has not done much to improve morale.

Pros

Good salary for Philly area Light workload Liberal time-off policy

Cons

Company seems to be going in circles with no strategy or leadership. Management is the most disengaged I've encountered--actively discourages participating in the yearly goal setting process, doesn't hold staff meetings, avoids creating or discussing career paths and advancement. Basically indifferent if you do great work or phone it in. An odd amount of nepotism--people inventing new BS job roles and hiring their spouse into them. Slow but steady chipping away of benefits despite rosy earnings reports.
