      Pros

      Boomi is the best place to work for as of today. The people culture is what it distinguishes from others. The key leaders are very approachable & the company is growing at a very rapid pace. It is still the Number 1 in the iPaaS integration space Gartner quadrant giving toughest competition to Mulesoft & Oracle. Niche technologies are also being used to enhance the overall products which gives an ample technical growth. Also. the best part is, currently in Boomi it is hybrid work model for better work life balance. Employees are maybe expected to visit office maybe just 2-3 days in a week going fwd.

      Cons

      Office space - In BLR/HYD, currently there is no completely owned/leased office space. However it would be done in 1-2 months.

      - New CEO is poised to take Boomi to new heights through investing in People, Product and Culture - Top-tier owners who are focused on turning Boomi into one of the best software companies in the world. - Leadership team generally cares about its employees and is focused on making Boomi one of the top places to work - Great career opportunity for all levels, from entry level to Sr. Executive; - Finance department is focused on implementing best in class systems and processes to support Boomi's hyper-growth - Thankful to be a part of the Boomi team

      - Only con so far is that hiring quickly has been somewhat of a challenge.
