      The core solution is fantastic and is well know known and regarded in the industry

      Pros

      Has health benefits, but not saying much.

      Cons

      Company is not in a good place and its entire platform line up can be replaced through vibe coding. The single biggest issue is they let go of their best to hire cheap talent and it showed with every release. Their idea of innovation is more about marketing spin than a game changer. And of course those who have never owned up their title continue to pawn off responsibility.

      Pay is good as is the product

      Cons

      Management have no idea what they're doing. Lost so many key players and knowledge through changes in mgmt. Sales within the BDR team is not fair Quotas are the same regardless of patch/terriroty (nb vs eb)
