      Great product which is popular with their customers

      No career development. Poor communication between senior leadership and the rest of the org. SDRs barely involved in anything outside of SDR activities.

      Pros

      Work-life balance is exceptional. No micromanagement for sales. We are treated like adults. There is a focus on building pipeline - what do you expect? - this is sales. The new CEO is following the playbook like a champ. I expect good things. There are some legitimately great mid-level and from-line leaders and really fun people.

      Cons

      Morale of the company was shaken after three rounds of layoffs. After divesting from Dell the firm is having to transform into a distinct and purposeful stand-alone brand. Growing pains have been tremendous: the strategic vision has been in flux, our plans to deliver on the vision require constant pivot, this has been somewhat exhausting.
