The Dell Boomi platform is 2nd to none. It does what is says it can do better than the competition. The ability to work remote.

Cons

The leadership team from Directors to the C-Suite are not experienced. The decisions they make are shortsighted and based on hope and not on data. They do not have a strategic plan. They make up for the absence of a plan by hiring more people and giving vague motivational speeches once a quarter. The morale is crumbling and teams are in chaos.

* If you come from a company with a great culture, you'll find that the culture isn't something to write home about. The leaders in the Bangalore office are great, though. * No stock compensation.
