Pros

Flexible schedule, interesting projects ( if you can get in the group), good taining courses offered ( if manager allows), great career opportunities for early career folks

Cons

low morale among coworkers, inconsistent skill level of first and second level management, just ok cafeteria, office decor from the 90's, limited reward for working harder than others, can be difficult to move up in the company unless you are management, not a lot of incentive for mid to late career engineers to stick around.

Pros

The company has flexible hours within reason, allows remote working, yearly incentives for getting medical checkups and tracking steps, great work environment.

Cons

The company is slow to adapt the Facebook/Apple office style. No extra perks like child day care, free food, dry cleaning.
