Pros
Great benefits (12 week paternity, 10% 401k match, HSA company contributions). Space project is very interesting.
Cons
Poor management, little opportunity for promotions, don't expect more than the standard 3% raise each year. We are required by management to fill a quota of safety concerns each year. This is how we are "improving" safety.
