People are generally very nice and supportive. Chill, the London office is pretty, good compensation for a recent grad. Reasonable amount of learning opportunities for a new grad.

Cons

Legacy tech everywhere. If you are a techie then you won't be very satisfied in this place as there's not a lot of hard-core tech for you to work on. Being on the bleeding edge tech wise is never Bloomberg's priority despite them trying hard to convince you of a strong engineering culture.
