Their technology stack is improving, also work-life balance seems to have shifted favourably in recent years. Above all they offer steady, although not steep, career progression and plenty of opportunities to move teams, try new things.

Cons

The organisation can seem stiff at times. Also some teams seem to be too focused on delivering features at the cost of code quality and increasing technical debt.
