Really Bad Senior Management in Engineering

Pantry. Nice office. Friendly people.

Cons

"Go quickly alone but go far together (with collaboration)." I have seen a colleague do this and collaborate on a solution with several teams for a year and still not delivered anything. This is the new norm. There is so much spyware on my laptop (installed by the company) that I have to reboot a few times in the morning to actually be able to start up the Bloomberg terminal on my company laptop.
