- American company and culture in an third-world country - Respect from outside (USA)

Cons

- Business culture based on secrets, what caused a lot of rumors. All these together made an instable environment. - Local management didn´t work as American. - Based on local culture, also it didn´t respect the employees.

Good learning environment; nice coworkers; direct access to management; good amount of personal responsibility; they may pay for some computer program skills courses

Cons

Pay scale is low for the work performed; a lot of acquisitions muddied up several process, but it was not too bad; the Shared Service Center is in Richmond, Indiana where there is not much to do
