      Belden is investing in people, products and services and career path. Finally focusing externally vs internally. Fun to be a part of a team gaining market share. Seeing more career opportunities across businesses. Higher pay compared to the industry average.

      Cons

      A data driven company will need strong leaders with customer experience. Belden still has room to improve. Work/Life balance is what you make of it. Know your business and this tends to work itself out.
