      Pros

      The only pro is that you will have the pleasure of John Stroup tell you about the time he dated his imaginary friend Kathy Ireland in college.

      Cons

      Where do I start? The environment is toxic and you are expected to work long hours and weekends only to be criticized and unappreciated.

      Pros

      Company appears to have a good financial footing and they aggressive recruit both new (college) and industry performers.

      Cons

      The CEO is without a moral compass and this cascades into the leadership where a hostile work environment is propagated unfortunately. Turnover is high, stress is a daily companion while you are now looking for the nearest exit door.
