The rank and file employees are generally good people who are easy to work with.

Cons

The current leadership is a Cancer destroying what was once a respectable place to work in Richmond. I spent my last few years working in the multi-conductor cell and I feel like the things that were allowed to go on were inappropriate and unacceptable.
