      Richmond is a quite place, so if you prefer the hustle and bustle of a busy city, it may not be the place for you. Dayton, Indy, and Cincinnati are all within an hour or so.

      - American company and culture in an third-world country - Respect from outside (USA)

      - Business culture based on secrets, what caused a lot of rumors. All these together made an instable environment. - Local management didn´t work as American. - Based on local culture, also it didn´t respect the employees.
