Pros
My experience was great. I got to learn a lot of valuable new skills that I would not have learned at school. I was put on a wide variety of projects that allowed me to apply various strengths. Everyone there was very friendly. They also fully paid for my housing/relocation, which was a huge benefit.
Cons
Training lasted a whole week and it was very long. I didn't end up using 90% of the info that I learned. It also seems like accounting often freezes spending on the engineering department, so that made one of my projects more difficult.
