1. No empowerment and complete lack of processes 2. Highly Intrusive and political HR 3. Top management is only Finance driven 4. Matrix organisation but all accountability is with sales and zero accountability from other departments 5. Opaque work culture with complete empowerment in Hongkong/China, highly autocratic top management and all critical decisions for India are taken by one Individual
