      Good product but behind in technology

      Cons

      To many to name. Lack of care towards employees. Channel and customers are getting sick of all the turn over and Belden is a not thought of a leader anymore

      Compensation and benefits are competitive. International working atmosphere, teamplayers.

      Cons

      Dedication to the Company is not reconized by upper management. Life span at Belden is short. Continious changes of platforms and strategy. Yearly cut of team members is frustrating not only for team members but is hitting the customer by constantly replacements.

      -Management trusts employees to get their jobs done; very little micro-managing -Salary -Co-workers are on same team, not my competition -Achievements are rewarded

      Cons

      -Too focused on short-term financial objectives -Metrics on which we are measured are not always in the best interest of company
