      Pros

      Average benefits and pay with exception to no inside sales commission/bonus plan. Work/life balance is good only because I make it so.

      Cons

      To many managers with too many vertical organizations. Only fair at combining new acquisitions/mergers. Lost sales bonus plan after acquisition/merge...inside and outside sales is a team and should be compensated as such. Corporate travel procedures and policies are out of touch with reality.

      Pros

      Good Pay, Decent Benefits, not much else.

      Cons

      They take lean too far. Never fail to Intrude on approved and scheduled vacation time/holidays because not enough staff to cover during these approved absences. Promise comp time but never receive it. Have to work two or more weekends a month.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule for work life balance.

      Cons

      Lack of mentorship and guidance for new associates. Forced ranking ensures that one associate from your department will receive a poor review and possibly let go just because each department has to reach a certain percentage. Management is forced to rank someone at a level they are not to meet that ranking percentage. Engagement in most facilities are very poor. Most are dissatisfied with management appreciation.
