      Short term goals lead to long term problems.

      Pros

      1. Good pay. 2. Lots of movement in some departments with opportunity for advancement. 3. Visibility among VP's in any position.

      Cons

      1. Bad metrics drive bad behavior. People are only concerned with hitting numbers and will do anything to be green. 2. Male dominated work force. Very few females in high positions. Many of the men are misogynistic. 3. Few college hires stay longer than two years. They aren't able to retain young people. 4. Favoritism can be an issue depending on your boss. 5. Management is completely clueless.

      Competitive pay, early advancement to management early in career

      Cons

      Culture of the company is to blame others rather than address the broken processes. Very aggressive and no training in any job I've held. Only early advancement if you're male, not a woman friendly company

      Great discipline on following processes, templates, timeline. Keeps all BU's accountable based on quantitative results

      Cons

      Too internally focused. Way too much emphasis on quantitative KPIs and not enough risk taking for growth
