Pros
Interesting products and good brand name in the industrial & broadcasting markets . Good ethical and business acumen, reasonable payment. Secondary conditions like pension building differ per country but are overall acceptable.
Cons
Focus is almost completely internal, internal reporting is more important then customer contact.....extremely process orientated. No direction from senior leadership team and very weak sales leadership in EMEA Virtually no internal promotion opportunities, outside candidates are preferred even if these don't have the background but just because they where at the right previous company.... Cooperation between BU's is non existent, product development is incoherent
