Remote work half of the week Pay was good to start

Cons

No workplace diversity literally almost all outsourced personnel brought in from overseas. Promotions going almost all to them. Political wrangling and micromanagement. Infrastructure support was bad now worse actually hindering productive work. CEO inept & uncaring literally laid off 5% of workforce just before Christmas to increase future profits.

Cons

Awful people management. Hypocracy on many topics. Total disconnect from reality of the senior management, getting even worse higher up.
