      Pros

      -the Latin American M&A team is a highly regarded team within the firm -lots of deal flow and significant fees, given headcount -strong culture with great leadership -strong platform across regions (specifically within Brazil and Mexico)

      -sometime can be worked too much -expectation to work at least 100 hour weeks, regardless of deal flow

      Pros

      Very smart people with great knowledge that they keep up-to-date International teams allowing to mix ideas + other benefits coming from this Enjoyable work that requires both good knowledge of business as well as good communication skills People around are friendly and willing to share know how. Even though this holds at least for most of Prague offices, there are exceptions to this Reasonable work-life balance Good salary and no useless employee benefits

      High level of bureaucracy in hiring and in day-to-day life A bunch of legacy stuff that could be easily and cheaply replaced Some people are extremely arrogant and selfish. If you cannot avoid them, they can make your life hell

      The people were really friendly; my managers really helped me in navigating the early stages of my career

      Cons

      The nature of the graduate scheme has significantly changed, no longer includes international rotation and natural transition into a private banking role. Probably going to be doing a back office role on this program
