Acquisition of Lehman has really boosted the BarCap brand in the US, which will undoubtedly add the employee experience.

Cons

Unfortunately, BarCap is not the same firm since the change in senior management.

It is a well known name in the market. Benefits package is not that bad as compared to other companies.

Cons

Promotions are not fair. People having similar experience come on higher pay and higher position than you. Immigration situation is worse.
