People are quite driven and some are willing to share their knowledge. Senior people are very understanding when you need to take days off for personal reasons.

Cons

Senior management doesn't seem to be approachable, and not enough communication from their side.

- decent work/life balance - not too stressful work environment - good comraderie amongst co-workers

Cons

- leadership lacking amongst senior managers - very little to non-existent transparency on promotion/career development - poor compensation structure particularly in bonus payouts - no dynamic in workplace - system infrastructure still very poor - too many projects that seemingly lose traction after roll out
