Has good cross-team cooperation. True global investment bank. Relatively new IT infrastructure. Good off-shore IT support. Not a lot of high cost legacy applications.

Cons

Overly focusing on cost cutting. Very bureaucratic in back office. A lot of exposure to EU and UK weakness and not as strong as HSBC in Asia.

Some good people with high skills Decent salary

Cons

Lack of knowledge transfer/sharing - A lot of people play the game well. Lack of on the job training. I'm all for self-starting but had no assistance at all from the get-go. Each unit functions independently, departments are isolated and only focus on themselves. Projects can vary in quaility depending on the skill of the Project Manager involved. Lack of focus on the customer and more on internal SLA/targets
