      Great Company - But Frustrating Environment Do To Global Technology Integration

      Pros

      Great Work/Life balance. Very spacious and comfortable office environment and nicely situated on the riverfront. Strong backing from parent company Barclays.

      Cons

      Executive Mgmt strategy and planning for integration was decided and enacted before it was properly planned - lending to a frustrating environment where reorganizations occur every 3-6 months.

      Great leadership at the top and the bank is going places. Great culture, people are approachable even at senior levels.

      Meritocracy is a double-edged sword. Many operations and systems are still not mature; but it also means opportunity for improvement.
