Good salary, interesting projects and a lot of good people.

Cons

Too bureaucratic even simplest tasks takes ages, constant redundancies. Very difficult to get promotion. Bonuses next to nothing.

A lot of talent in the development teams.

Cons

Too much Windows technology used. Software logistics and application management should be improved. Very international so need to work a bit all the time to connect with the teams at various places in the world.
