      So much potential, so little leadership

      Pros

      Decent salary and decent benefits, that's about it.

      Cons

      Horrible management, specifically in the global technology and infrastructure organization. Basically all NY employees and management are puppets for the leadership in London and have no say on what goes on. There is no communication between teams to know what's going on. Management is very narrow minded and set on a path they have come up with in some back room and will not accept any detours to that path. Very little opportunity for growth unless you move to London. Management is on a cost cutting rampage and at our clients expense think it's a good idea to outsource our jobs to India, Lithuania, and Kiev. Big mistake! Yes, you can get 10 employees for the price of 1 but in the long run it hurts the business and gives an overall poor impression of technology at the firm
